This product is an American brand product. It is a product that has been branded under the management of the manufacturer from the beginning of its establishment. It is a planned product that is thoroughly managed by ranking if only three verified Amazon sellers, including me, continue to advertise at the promised price and in the promised manner under an implicit contract.
Each seller not only adheres to a reasonable selling price, but also pays for advertising at a certain percentage. In the United States, price unity is illegal, so only sellers with high trust participate.
TIESO
It is a Korean brand product and a startup company. TIESO representative’s passion for the brand and the degree of preparation were so outstanding that I decided to join.
Recently their products have been stocked in our warehouse, and from October, we will start advertising with Amazon launching in earnest.
We are collaborating with TIESO’s self-contracted social media team (Canadian Marketing team), holding regular meetings, and planning influencer marketing while collaborating to lay the foundation for branding. Men’s beauty product markets are a narrow and difficult market, but we will start in the Americas first, and when certain results are confirmed, we will launch on Amazon in Europe.
Why are there no other products?
ossaglobal.com was created to open (launch) only products that fit the project with the goal of thorough branding. OSSA stands for Online Special Sales Associate. It is a sales method with the concept of collaborating on special sales.
It is a collaboration between partners who sympathize with the growing brand even if it takes time by collaborating with a manufacturer (brand owner) who can manage stable quality and production schedules.
We plan to discover 1-2 partners such as TIESO a year and grow together.
We are not a professional branding and marketing company. We are professional Amazon sellers. We are not a company that boasts marketing and branding skills or a great track record to boast about. In other words, we only provide marketing and branding services and do not charge commissions.
There are many companies that specialize in branding and marketing only. However, they proceed by securing their services first. After all, those companies never lose money.
The difference between them and OSSA is that we are partners who invest our money and efforts to grow the manufacturer’s brand together with the manufacturer. If branding is successful with such efforts, the manufacturer will own a firm brand, and our goal is to ensure stable sales of branded products on Amazon after branding.
If the results are not good in the process, the risk will also be shared.
We prefer companies that are manufacturers and have their own brands. Also, we would to collaborate with a manufacturer who has tried enough on-off marketing to grow the brand, but the results are not satisfactory and there are many regrets.
There is no magic trick to branding any product. There is no secret formula to branding. It’s just that we are looking for a long-term path together with the brand owner.
A company with the financial power to endure – Branding marketing results cannot come out in a short time, and we try to select a partner that has the foundation to continue investing in capital and energy for at least 2-3 years.
A company that has experience in making various attempts for its branding – I would like to select a partner company that can brief me on the achievements and limitations of what kind of practices I have taken for the branding of my branded products for more than an hour. Anyone can wish “I wish I had a branded product”. If you can’t analyze what kind of execution and failure you’ve done for that, you did nothing.
A company with extensive experience and application in manufacturing of its own brand products – Must be able to stably manage quality and production in inventory management capabilities as well as production know-how for brand products. When there are various feedbacks from customers after the first launch of a brand product, it should be possible to include the improvement points in the next version. Branding cannot succeed with existing products alone. In the process of constantly striving to improve products through communication with customers, “true customers” are secured and become a brand.
At first, we also had the experience of registering our own brand and importing products from manufacturers through Alibaba in China and launching them. Lessons were learned along the way.
In the absence of stable quality control of products, any brilliant marketing technology is a building built on sand.
In some cases, the companies connected through Alibaba were not manufacturers but intermediate traders, and even manufacturers found it very difficult to become a major customer due to the nature of Amazon sales, which made it impossible to order in large quantities from the beginning. So, we had always faced unimaginable results, from the speed of order processing to the constant quality control of products.
It took a lot of tuition to realize that this is an unavoidable reality for a large OEM professional production plant. So, we changed our direction and came up with a business idea to work with a manufacturer that owns a brand and wants to grow it, rather than a factory specializing in OEM production, and that became OSSA’s business philosophy.
If brand marketing is successful, the brand owner, the manufacturer, will become the legal owner of the brand that has grown, and based on that, they will be able to confidently trade with large offline chain stores. In addition, by contributing to the brand growth process, OSSA will be guaranteed the exclusive right to sell on Amazon and gain the benefits of continuing to sell on Amazon stably.
This is the true win-win process pursued by OSSA.
